Responsibilities

Create optimized product titles, bullet points and product descriptions for Shopify store. Organize product classification, edit product information and assist with new product launch. Cooperate with crochet craftsmen to sort product details and material parameters.

Requirements

Good written English skill, familiar with e-commerce product listing. Careful and patient, basic knowledge of handmade accessories is preferred.

Reply customer emails and pre-sale / after-sale inquiries promptly, handle order consultation, shipping questions and return requests following store policy. Record customer feedback and pass improvement suggestions to related departments.

Requirements Fluent reading and writing English, quick response, patient communication. Experience with independent station customer service is a plus.

Responsibilities Assist in planning content for Instagram, TikTok and Facebook, organize product material, edit simple posts and promote brand exposure online.

Requirements Understand mainstream social platform rules, love handmade crafts and cute accessory styles.
