Refund policy

We offer a 30-day return policy for all eligible items from the delivery date.
All returned items must be unused, undamaged, and kept in original packaging. Minor differences in stitching and color of handmade products are normal and not considered defects.
Custom items, clearance products, and final sale items are non-returnable and non-exchangeable.
If you receive damaged, defective, or incorrect items, please contact us within 7 days after delivery with your order number and product photos. We will provide a free replacement or full refund.
Approved returns have three options: exchange, store credit, or original refund. Customers are responsible for return shipping fees. Original shipping costs are non-refundable. Refunds take 5–10 business days to process.
To apply for a return, please email your order number and return request to XYRYHMD@outlook.com. We will respond within 1–2 business days.
For international orders, buyers are responsible for return shipping and customs fees, except for our shipping errors or defective products.
