We sincerely hope every handmade crochet charm you receive brings you happiness! If you are unsatisfied with your purchase, our transparent return & exchange policy is ready to help you solve problems efficiently.

1. Return Eligibility & Time Limit

We accept return/exchange application within 30 calendar days after delivery date (the day tracking shows delivered).

All items to be returned must meet below requirements:

Unused, no wear, no scratch, no stain, intact crochet stitches without self-damage

Keep original packing bag, tag and attached accessories complete

Provide valid order number for return verification
Holiday Special: Orders placed from Nov.1-Dec.24 can extend return deadline to Jan.31 next year.

2. Non-Returnable Items (Final Sale, No Refund/Exchange)

For handmade customization & hygiene rules, below goods cannot be returned:

Custom personalized crochet keychains (custom name/color/size per buyer request)

All clearance/sale discounted items, flash promotion goods marked Final Sale

Gift cards & digital discount codes

Items damaged artificially after receiving, worn & used daily accessories
Important note: Every crochet product is hand-knitted manually, tiny subtle difference on color/stitches belongs to handmade feature, not quality defect, cannot apply for free return for this reason.

3. Three Solutions After Approved Return

Once we receive & inspect your returned package, you can pick one service:

Option 1: Direct Exchange (Most Recommended)

Swap for another style/size/color from our store.

Customer bears return shipping cost to send back; we cover outbound shipping for new replacement item.

Option 2: Store Credit

We issue full-value store credit (no expiry date). If you choose credit, we add extra 10% bonus amount as courtesy; credit automatically bind to your member account after inspection finished.

Option 3: Original Payment Refund

Full amount refund to your original payment account (PayPal/Credit Card). Original outbound delivery cost at checkout is non-refundable, return freight is on buyer’s expense.

Refund processing time: 5–10 business days after warehouse receive & check returned parcel (bank arrival delay depends on card issuer rule).

4. Damaged/Defective/Wrong Item Receipt (Our Responsibility, Free Service)

If goods arrive broken, defective, wrong item or missing accessories due to shipping damage or our packing mistake:

Contact our support email within 7 days upon delivery, attach clear damage photos + your order ID

We send free prepaid return label at no cost for you; pick between free replacement or full 100% refund (all shipping cost covered by us)

No after-sales claim accepted over 7 days for damaged parcels.

5. Step-by-Step Return Application Process

Send email to XYRYHMD@outlook.com with information: Order Number + Item SKU + return reason + your preferred solution (Refund/Exchange/Store Credit)

Our customer service reply within 1–2 working days, send RMA return authorization number & designated return warehouse address

Secure repack goods, write RMA number outside package, arrange delivery to given address by yourself

Upload return tracking number via reply email after shipping out

After warehouse receive & inspect products, finish your selected service within 3–7 working days

6. International Order Notice

We support global returns for worldwide customers, but all international return shipping fees & customs cost are undertaken by buyers except defective/wrong-item orders caused by our fault.
